<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">機泵在運行中液體與泵體產(chǎn)生的流動摩擦，轉(zhuǎn)動部分與固定部分如軸承的滾珠與內(nèi)外圈、軸套與填料等部分會產(chǎn)生摩擦，因摩擦?xí)a(chǎn)生熱量，同時由于介質(zhì)溫度高傳導(dǎo)給機泵，使泵體發(fā)熱，冷卻的目的是降低泵體、泵座、軸承箱、軸封處溫度，防止這些部位因溫升而變形、老化和損壞。</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">11、備用泵為什么要定期盤車？</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">定期盤車的作用有三個：防止泵內(nèi)生垢卡??；防止泵軸變形；盤車還可以把潤滑油帶到各潤滑點，防止軸生銹，軸承得到了潤滑有利于在緊急狀態(tài)下馬上開車。</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">12、運行中的離心泵異常發(fā)熱的原因有哪些？</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">發(fā)熱是機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能的表現(xiàn)，引起機泵異常發(fā)熱的常見原因有：伴有雜音的發(fā)熱，通常是軸承滾珠隔離架損壞。泵體內(nèi)有異物。軸承箱中的軸承擋套松動，前后壓蓋松動，因摩擦引起發(fā)熱。轉(zhuǎn)子振動大，使密封環(huán)磨損。泵抽空或泵的負(fù)荷太大。轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡。潤滑油太多或太少及油質(zhì)不合格。軸承孔過大，引起軸承外圈松動。</span></p>
